Small Meeting Room

Upon entering the double wooden doors to the left, you will enter the small meeting room. Built with a capacity of over 90 participants in mind, this room is perfect for small, informal meetings.

This view of the small meeting room shows the projection screen in place. Some of the other amenities of this room are:

• Wireless microphone and sound system
• PC compatible ceiling mounted projection system
• Heating and cooling system separate from the rest of the facility
• Ceiling mounted fans
• Separate controls for the main lighting, wall lighting, or ceiling fan lighting

This is looking out towards the lobby. To the left is a separate room containing refrigerators for food storage. Groups who rent this facility are given use of the refrigerators and the large sink for washing up. Due to the nature and historic value of the large meeting room, the small meeting room and lobby are the only two places where food may be served or consumed.
